Rules for the group are:

1. Fibrofighter’s closed group is strictly for discussion topics between members. Due to people sharing 20 memes in a row and over taking the group, I am no longer allowing memes to be shared. The purpose of the closed group was to allow followers to converse privately.
2. Be respectful. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. If you do not agree on a post or comment, simply scroll by. If you have an issue with another member, there is the block button. We are all grown adults.
3. Blocking admin and moderators = an instant ban from the group! No exceptions.
4. Please respect members privacy. No screen-capping or sharing conversations with others. This is a private group and can only be seen by members. Please do not use the “share” button that appears on posts within the group. This is to ensure everyone’s privacy is respected.
5. Racism will NOT be tolerated! you will immediately be banned!
6. political discussions are not allowed. This is a fibromyalgia support group not a political platform.
7. Remember everyone’s fibromyalgia journey is different and unique. Do not belittle people’s choices of medications or treatment routes. What works for one person may not work for someone else. There is no right or wrong way to treat fibromyalgia.
8. No posting for money, fundraisers, or home sales. I understand many people feel the financial burden when chronically ill, but this is not the place to request financial help. Alot of members are in the same boat.
9. No cannabis links or mention of topic. This includes CBD. Facebook often flags these posts. After 3 warnings the group can be permanently shut down by facebook/meta. This is out of my control.
10. Medication/dosage discussion are NOT allowed. Medication and Dosage discussion is not allowed – groups are getting shut down for dosage discussion. This is a new “unwritten” facebook rule by meta. Groups are getting permanently shut down.
